Family First Realty offers a fully transparent, comprehensive, and affordable menu of services so sellers can choose what they need. Which option is best for you depends on what you as a seller need. When compared to the traditional real estate model, whichever package you select will result in significant savings to you.
Typically seller’s agents make a 3-4% commission when they sell your house. In Rhode Island, the average home sells for close to $500,000. While in Massachusetts a typical home sells for $628,000. That means the seller’s agent typically makes $15,000-$20,000 for selling your home in Rhode Island and $18,000 – $25,000 in Massachusetts. We think that you deserve better!
With our sellers service you will typically not pay more than 2% of the average price of a home (and usually less!)

Ongoing support and advice throughout the selling process.

Unlimited Comparative Market Analyses to help accurately assess and adjust the property’s value and pricing strategy.
Listing Services
MLS listing and syndication to major real estate platforms; 1 set of professional photos (up to 20 images).
Marketing Service
Basic digital marketing across a range of social media platforms.
Showings Coordination
Coordination of an unlimited number of showings.
Appraisal
Family First Realty will be present during the appraisal to represent the seller’s interests.
Negotiation Support & Document Handling
We have no limitations on negotiations with prospective buyers and provide unlimited preparation and coordination of documents.
Closing Coordination
Sometimes closings don’t happen on the first scheduled date. We provide full, unlimited coordination of the closing process.
Final Day Walkthrough
We will coordinate and support you for the final walkthrough before closing, ensuring all buying conditions have been met and repairs have been made.
Seller Responsibilities
Seller is responsible for the home inspection, with coordination support provided by Family First. Seller handles the fire certification, with guidance from Family First. No pre-home inspection report is included with this package.

A NOTE TO SELLERS
The vast majority of home sellers will be fully served with one of these options. However, a small percentage of home sales are so involved and complex that you will need something beyond our Standard Options. Should your home sale fall into that category we will create a customized package just for you based on your needs.

Includes a pre-home inspection report to identify and address any potential issues before listing. Coordination and management of up to two inspections. Fire certification handled and managed by the firm.
Showings Coordination
Coordination for an unlimited number of showings.
Negotiation Support
Appraisal
Family First Realty representative will be present during the appraisal to represent the seller’s interests.

Closing Coordination
Family First Realty provides full, unlimited coordination of the closing process.
