You receive custom searches tailored to your exact criteria, with continuous updates and access to off-market listings. Enjoy full agent support to adjust searches as your preferences evolve.
In-Person Property Showings
Our flat fee includes accompanied showings for up to 6 properties, ideal for buyers who need a balanced level of support when visiting and evaluating potential homes.
Property Evaluation
Up to three detailed Comparative Market Analyses to help you assess the value of properties before making an offer, ensuring informed decisions.
Document Handling and Coordination
Our seamless process includes comprehensive handling and coordination of all necessary documents, including drafting offers, contracts, and managing communication for up to 2 properties.
Inspection Management
Coordination of up to two inspections, including home, pest, and other evaluations. Full support in managing contingencies and negotiating repairs.
Smooth Closing
We provide comprehensive support throughout the closing process, including document review, scheduling the final walkthrough, and ensuring every step is completed seamlessly.
Final Walkthrough Before Closing
An agent-accompanied final walkthrough to ensure all agreed-upon repairs are completed and that the property is in the expected condition before closing.
Ongoing Support
Family First Realty will even be with you after the close providing you with continued assistance after the purchase, providing help with any post-purchase issues, including referrals to contractors, movers, or other services.
